- Rental period: 3 days
- Rental lead time: 3 days prior to event date
- Rental confirmation process: Rental confirmation will be sent to the renter via email with all the necessary rental details. Full payment (including safety deposit) is required to confirm the rental. Pick up address will be shared once payment is made
- Safety deposit: $200 (refundable)
- Refunds and cancellations: Payment is only refundable if a cancellation is notified 7 days prior to the collection/delivery date. Payment will not be refunded for any cancellation notified less than 7 days prior to the collection/delivery date
- Self collection location: Tagore Lane, Upper Thomson area
- Delivery charge: $40 (2 ways)
- Penalty charge: Any damaged/missing item will be deducted from the safety deposit according to the amount stated in the Terms & Conditions agreement
