Midnight Sparks is based in Singapore and the prices stated on the website is in Singapore Dollars.
Where can we purchase the fairy lights?
Apart from the website, our fairy lights can be purchased from both online and in-store boutiques island-wide.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it takes for the complimentary free shipping to arrive?
The complimentary free shipping will take approximately 2 to 4 working days to arrive. This applies only for local orders.
Is local pick up option available?
Currently we do not offer local pick up.
Do we offer international shipping?
We do offer international shipping. Delivery time is estimated to take 10 to 14 working days, depending on your country of residence.

ORDER
How long does it takes to process an order?
We will process all orders within a 24 hour period however orders that are placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Do we offer returns or refunds?
We currently do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them.
I just placed an order, can I change, cancel, or add to my order?
We try to process orders as soon as we receive them, within a 24 hour period. Therefore, changes and cancellations are not always possible. Please send us an email at sales@midnight-sparks.com.sg and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

What is the shelve life of the fairy lights?
With proper handling and storing of the fairy lights, the led bulbs are able to withstand at last 50,000 hours.
Is the fairy lights water-resistance?
The copper wiring section of the fairy lights is water resistance however the battery pack, remote controller and adapter plug are not water resistance. Do ensure these items are fully protected from all-weather elements before switching them on. Please take extra precaution when using them in areas with constant contact with water. Never fully submerge these fairy lights into water.
Will the copper wiring rust?
The copper wiring will not rust however with constant contact with water, the copper will tarnish overtime. This however will not affect the functionality of the fairy lights.
Do we offer warranty?
All fairy lights purchases are inspected prior to being delivered and we go to great lengths to ensure our fairy lights is of the highest quality. We do not offer warranty for our fairy lights.
How should I care for the fairy lights?
Wipe fairy lights with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemicals and household cleaners as these might tarnish and/or damage the fairy lights. Coil the fairy lights neatly onto a cardboard when not in use to prevent it from tangling and/or snapping.
